RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction with the products and services we supply. Should you have a query with your order, we would like to hear from you as soon as possible and request that you call our Customer Service Team on 01344 893 263 so we can help you and resolve any issues straight away.
All items ordered through our website are made to order and are therefore considered “bespoke orders” (even when not personalised with a name). Therefore, we can only accept returns in the following circumstances:
- An item is received faulty or damaged
- An item is received incorrectly (wrong size, colour, style etc)
Sadly we cannot accept exchanges for style or size.
In the event of goods arriving with production or manufacturing errors, we reserve the right to correct these prior to offering a refund, at the sole discretion of Ascot Promotions.
We pride ourselves on processing jobs quickly, so if you decide to cancel your order, we may have already incurred some costs. This can be for administration, artwork setup or handling charges made by our suppliers for example, and there will be a restocking charge deducted from any refund to cover us for these expenses.
We aim to dispatch orders within 10 working days of order.
Every effort will be made to deliver goods on time, but no responsibility can be accepted for late or non-delivery.
Orders for “Club Shops” (under 2kg) will be sent via Royal Mail
Orders for “Club Shops” (over 2kg) will be sent by our nominated courier
Orders for “Workwear Bundles” will be sent by our nominated courier
Orders for collection will be ready within 10 working days of order. You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect. Collection can be made Monday – Friday, between 9am – 5pm, from:
